City officials expand search for industrial park help

The commonly used economic development tool meant to spur development in specific areas can become financial burdens if they fail to perform over their legislated time period — generally about 20 years.TIFs work when cities make an investment in a district and recoup that money through increased tax revenues on the properties in the district. more

The company also announced immediate availability of a public preview test build of EBS (formerly codenamed "Centro").
