African Experiential Marketing Summit

The objective of the summit is to provide marketers and advertising agencies with a better understanding of marketing through experiences, rather than relying solely on the more traditional mediums in their marketing campaigns. It aims to offer insights and best practices through experiences of respected marketers and marketing campaigns, illustrating how carefully crafted experiential strategies can and have been successfully implemented.

This year's agenda features a mix of international and local industry leaders, including:

Bernd Schmitt - author of Experiential Marketing and Customer Experience Management, and CEO of the Ex Group.

Liz Bigham - director of Brand Marketing at Jack Morton, an experiential agency that has developed and executed many B-to-C and B-to-B events, as well as the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games. more

A new name, a new brand for Robbinsville

She said the logo, branding and forthcoming marketing efforts will attract more businesses to the area.

"The synergy of all of them will be beneficial for the township," she said.

The next phase of the branding campaign includes marketing the new slogan, including increasing the number of businesses in the township and improving the vitality of existing businesses.

Originally intended to be unveiled at the township Community Day Festival last month, officials wanted more input from residents before deciding on a logo. Council members and the mayor unveiled their choice among several designs at Thursday's council meeting.

In April, the township decided to spend up to $25,000 to develop its "brand" and distinguish itself from other towns in New Jersey and other economic centers in the Mercer County area. more

Sleeve holds aces

The problem, says Richard Kitchen, T Freemantle head of sales and marketing, was that pizza is a variable product: different toppings and bases result in different dimensions. Explaining how the issue was overcome, Kitchen says: "Our wraparound sleever wraps the narrow-band sleeve to the pizza. Then we have two fingers at the end of the machine that pull the two ends of the sleeve together before the glue is compressed. In effect, it’s a pack-squaring facility for irregular products." The units installed by T Freemantle are the first in the UK to apply a sleeve to pizzas, and have cut material use by 75%.But the drive to reduce material use doesn’t stop at switching from cartons to sleeves. Kitchen says retailer pressure is also pushing existing users of sleeves to minimise material usage.Short-sleeve formatsT Freemantle has responded to this challenge with a patent-pending sleeving concept that enables a 25% reduction in materials use in existing ready meal sleeve applications. more

According to Pwinsider.com, a new wrestling promotion is starting up out of Florida. The promotion, which has quietly been putting together a business plan, is said to have major financial backing. The new promotion is already signing wrestlers up, and along with the contracts, are having them sign confidentiality agreements. There is no name known for the promotion at this time, but it is known that they will not actively do anything until the fall. A full promotional launch is expected at the beginning of 2011, As of this time, there is no information of TV deals or TV tapings. Businessman Peter Karoftis is said to be the main backer for the promotion. Karoftis previously worked with Sterling Equities, which is a New York-based investment firm that owns The New York Mets organization, the SNY cable network, and several real estate and investment companies. Karoftis, along with Florida independent wrestler Sean Davis are said to be the core of the company right now. Also working with the company are Kevin Kleinrock (Viva La Lucha, Wrestling Society X), Cody Michaels (WSX, XPW) and Mister Saint Laurent (longtime Florida promoter). Kleinrock will be working production, while it is expected that Laurent will work on the creative end. Laurent has previously promoted the "I Believe In Wrestling" company, and there may be a crossover between the new company and the "I Believe In Wrestling" talent and wrestling school. Open Question: what can i do? this one class has ruined my GPA. and its not in my degree?

Okay, so at the start of 2010 i enrolled in a community college. i didn't know what i wanted to do with my life, but i had been out of high school for 6 years and figured i needed to at least start taking classes and get enough credits so i can transfer... i am now going for a "vague" business degree so i can transfer to a good 4 year. here's my problem. back (2007) when i REALLY didn't know what i wanted to do, i thought about becoming a real estate agent.. STATE Requirements: take a 60 hour course and then you can take the test to get your license i saw that this community college offered the required hours. so i took it...i went to all classes up until the last day, which i missed because of a private matter. i figured i was just out the money i paid but... when i enrolled in 2010 i saw after my first semester my transcript had this giant F bringing down my GPA. id have a 3.0 but i have a 2.0 because of this F. this F has nothing to do with my degree. i wasn't taking the class for a grade i was taking it for HOURS to get a realtor liscense. i was unaware that it would be in my transcript. what can i do? more

Okay so i have a problem :/ Basically in less than 2 yrs me and my lovely mummy will be moving from england to spainn (woop!) im learning spannish now lols x Anyways, when we move there i will be ready to start college (like 6thform, i will be 16) && basically i dont know what i want to do career wise! I think f/a would be amazing cause of the travel and ive studied up on it a kit and it sounds amazing!! But then i would be leaving my mum alone a lot ); && Then estate agent, i know the real estate business in spain (much like the screw up of cabin crew!) is bad atm but im hoping it will smooth out in 4 yrs lol! && I think it would be really nice to show homes to people, and its a nice job to have - one that i know i would enjoy PLUS i would get to be near my mum! My mums totally supportive of whatever i choose.. but i dont know! whats you guys' opinions?? which one is more stable? a better "career" (ie promotions), better & more stable pay? Genrally a better choice?? If you work as either i would LOVE to hear what you think! Or should i choose a different career all toghether?? I am in no way limiting myself to these options.. I though of a lawyer but i could not allow myself to fight for a person i personally believe is wrong! Resolved Question: Should I even go to college or will it just be a waste of time and money?

Lately I've been extensively looking into colleges and looking into housing and financial options but then I stopped myself and actually started thinking 'why am I doing this?'. I am considering dropping all this research and not going at all. I don't need college anyways for my career, I'm going into the real estate industry and my back up is Dental assistant. The reason I am rethinking college is because I am not very smart in core classes. I know I have to pass my core classes and I am not good at those. At all. I am going to be a Senior and am still in Algebra 2! Cause I couldn't pass Geometry. Also I have to take alternative courses for science, I take 'Wildlife Study' (Biology was the most difficult challenge for me) which just learns about the environment and animals so it's not too tough. I am not a lazy person at all though I tried so unbelievably hard to learn and understand my studies it just is too much. But I'm not stupid either! I always had honor English/Com Arts and History and Government was fairly easy for me. The point is, to get my degree I'd have to pass all my cores AND my major and I just don't think I could do it. Seriously, I mean if I can't pass 10th grade science and 9th grade math how will I deal with COLLEGE level?! So should I just drop this? I mean we're talking over $100,000 wasted if I don't pass. And it's a very good possibility I won't pass. Should I just go to community college and take a business and economics class to help a little with my career? more

Open Question: People think I'm rich, and it bugs me! I'm not rich!?

In the past few years, I've been pretty quiet at school about my family, house, etc. Last year, in 8th grade, a few things slipped, like the fact that I own two houses, a house in Hilton Head Island, SC (ocean front, its estimated at about 1.8 million), and then one in FairFax, VA (3 story house, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bath). The thing about my house is... I had some friends over, and they found out that I had three PS3's, three PS2's, two Wii's, and an xbox 360 plus a lot of DS's and iPods. And I have a home movie theatre in my basement also. So the next day in school every started talking and saying that I'm rich... and they still do. I have people texting me asking for money, it's ridiculous! Honestly, I don't think my family is rich. We are wealthy -- yes, but not rich. We only have three vehicles, a 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche, 2009 Cadillac Escalade, and a 2007 BMW 328i Sedan. and I stated I have a Beach House (summer home) and then my other home, where I live during spring, fall, winter. How can people form this stuff about me and go around saying I'm rich? If anyone is, it would be my parents and they work hard, so they deserve it. But I don't want people to be forming these things about me... ugh! Besides, we're in debt up to our knees anyways.. Business has gone down, and my parents are business people, own restaurants, real estate, etc. BUT we have cut back. I don't know our income, that is none of my business really. It's between my parents. We used to buy new vehicles every year or two, but we're not going to do that until the economy picks up. but what can I do? do you think I am spoiled or anything? like, my parents do buy everything I want, an I do have an iPhone (the new one also), but I'm not spoiled! I help my parents out, put away my dishes, make my bed, mow the grass (sometimes...), clean the pool (oh, I forgot to say we had this aswell... but its nothing special..)... so between the pool, two houses, vehicles, and everything I have, many things unlisted, I still don't think I'm rich. If you're looking for rich, meet Bill Gates or something or Apple CEO Steve Jobs... lol. I'm wealthy! but how do I tell people at school? no matter what I say, these days, everything I say makes me seem like a rich snotty person.. like sometimes I may say "only" so one day I was p'issed because someone said I had 5 mac books, and I said I only have one mac book pro, and they were like ONLY?? just sometimes they put me into a sticky situation..!also I have so many game systems because one is hooked up to movie theatre system, the other to our game room, and then one is for traveling, plus i have one brother, we fight over it you know.ok but how do I make my friends shut up? I mean we all go to private school, so they should have money aswell?? im just more well-off, and fortunate!Lol, but the beach house was paid off by renting it out... we have a few more beach houses, but they are rented out to people... its just the beach house is now our summer home, and thinks to renters, they paid it off so its not officially a homehey we do donate to charities. we donate to the hospital, donate stuff to the SPCA, and everything. my family believes in helping others, and this week in hilton head island there were these kids there and there lazy father wouldnt let them go up in the lighthouse because its $3 a person, so my parents gave them the money... so gosh. my parents would rather spend money and bring happiness,well I shouldn't say lazy... I'm sure hes a hardworking man, but he was rude to his kids. he said I work hard for my money and I'm not going to pay $3 for you to go up into the light house, so thats just ugh! my dad was mad at the guy ... lol more

my family has just started to build homes for a living. we are just about done the first one and it should be sold early fall. then we plan to build approx 4 a year. i would say after all costs land and all we will profit $100,000 per house. there are 4 of us. now someone asked me if we were gonna live in this first one for a year to help with capital gains....what are we talking about??? i know this is some sort of tax thing but no clue what we might be getting into here...starting to worry! can someone tell me in plain english what is gonna happen with this capital gains thing? and maybe any suggestions of business structure that we should look into? how bad is all this? more

Open Question: Are there any Genuine Affordable Programs for beginners? I need something REAL!?

New Investor in North Carolina searching for programs that I can actually use that work to get started in this business. I am tired of wasting time searching for real investors when I have the know how just not the financing or credit score to do deals myself. Every deal I find has the capacity to make at least 50k to 100k in good areas, yet I can't find INVESTORS to buy the properties. I need private or hard money that can work with someone who has poor credit but can locate properties and end buyers for a successful transaction. By the way has anyone ever heard of a program called owner finance.com or rapidflipusa.com? I need access to private money or an investor who has private money that does not have to reveal his source, just some guidelines of what his/her investor pool is looking for. Voting Question: I am a rookie real estate agent with an LLC, should I have my broker pay me or my LLC?

Long story short, I started running a lawn care company and formed an LLC, started thinking to myself that lawn care is a tiny-tiny portion of the real estate pie and so I went and got my real estate agent's license. Right now I have an LLC that is still registered and filing, but has suspended services, I was thinking when I associate with a broker (soon) I might ask them to pay my LLC rather than me personally. The major line of thinking for this is that it will help me establish the business's income and possibly help secure greater credit opportunities and business loans in the future, as opposed to them making out the checks to me personally. The money will be the same, I am an independent contractor regardless and I don't face the double-taxation of a corporation so I figure, why not? Anyways, I thought maybe one of you might have words of wisdom or interesting thoughts on whether this is a good or bad idea. Thanks. more

I'm a 27 year old guy. My father is a wealthy business man. Up until last week i have never wanted for anything. He has bought me a house and car and given me $5000 a month to live on since i was 21. He has tried in the past to help me get into the real estate business but i have told him it isn't for me. I'm happy living my life the way it is. I enjoy being young and partying with my friends etc and i can't see any point in working as he and my mother have enough money to support me for ever. Last week i decided it was time to update my BMW as it is 6 years old. I went to his office thinking he would understand how embarrassing it was getting for me driving a car that old thinking he would write me a cheque for the balance owing after i traded it in on a new one. He was like. So you expect me to keep financing your life style until when ? This has to stop. He has never acted this way before. I have always been given what i want. I was like Dad come on don't do this to me ive already told all my friends i'm getting a new car, do you realize how embarrassing it will be for me when i see them on the weekend and i don't have it. He was like, Not my problem and starts raving and ranting how i need to stand on my own two feet. I was like Dad this is not the time to give me a lesson on worth ethics and shit you and mum have plenty of money without me ever having to work. He then stands up and says get out. I was like get fucked then and picked up his staple gun on his desk and through it at the wall. I straight away said i was sorry but the next thing i know he's on his phone and i'm being Man handled out the door. I am so angry about the way he treated me. His one and only son and he treats me like this. Ive been thinking of ways to get him back and even thought of busking outside his office and telling everyone he is my father and this is what i am resorted to do because he fails to support me. My Mother refuses to talk to me about my situation. I just feel like my life has fallen to pieces. I haven't even left my house for over a week and i don't even know if my allowance will be paid into my account next week. I can't understand how my own father can do this to me. I'm even thinking of suing him for putting me in a situation that enabled me to become so reliant on him for finances. I can't even talk to any of my friends because i am so embarrassed about my situation. ive had to lie to them when they call and say i am holidaying on my fathers boat on Sydney Harbour. Quite frankly i hope it sinks i hate my father so much at the moment. I suppose my questions are. Would Busking and the embarrassment to him make him change his mind ? Or should i be able to sue him for damages for making me so reliant on him then taking my security away without any warning leaving me destitute ? more

Hello. I would like to become super rich someday. I have four business ideas that I think could be big hit. Some are new ideas, and some are just good opportunities. I have worked at a management consulting firm called McKinsey &Company for 5 years. I left the firm in hope to find job positions at a forunte 500, but I then wanted to start my own company. 1. A boardroom facility business. In these times, many small businesses are starting. They are also mostly homebased. But what happens when a home based business needs a meeting to promote something, meet with the board, etc. Home based businesses simply cannot have professional meetings within their own home. Before launching the business, I would buy real estate in convenient locations. I would then build the center up with boardrooms, secretary services, offices, printers, fax machines, Internet, laptops, projectors, Catering services, and all business needs. Due to limited amount of space, businesses would book ahead. They would pay a fee depending on how long they use the facility. Startup costs could be 50k to sig figures, however, I have saved tons of money from being a management consultant, and I could get investors in on the startup. If the first center is a success, I could open up locations in other cities and eventually become a franchise. Good idea? 2. I would start a consulting firm that consults website owners and online business owners of the quality of their online presence. We would advise small web based startups on what problems they should fix and how they should go about achieving success. I would most likely partner this business startup. We would hire consulting professionals who have experience in the web based industry. 3. A website where people can buy and sell businesses. Currently, there are tons of sites that do this, but a seller of a business would pay a fee to post. Then they could sell there business. However, legal problems may cause an issue. 4. I would start a venture capital/private equity firm that invests in early stage web startups. I have some experience instwrting business. When I was 22, I started a service called the love van. I bought a van, fixed it up. It was a van where people could use to make love in the back room. The van had privace, included wine, beds, condoms, etc. I would drive lovers all around town for hours. It was a cool business, but not too profitable. Which business idea should I pick? I like the board room space company the best.. more

Hi! I want to own businesses which are run, or managed by others. I do not want it to become a job. However, I have very little money, and want to start somewhere. I just need ideas for brainstorming. Here are some of mine. 1. Vending machines - an expensive, but asset generating business, with very little maintenance. 2. Laundromat - self serving laundry so I don't have to be there all the time. 3. Real Estate - with the recession, now is a good time to buy real estate, and stick to it until the price goes up. I've broken investment strategies into a couple of categories. Right now I only have 20k but I'm looking at my options, especially if I get a 6 figure job someday. Mutual Funds- Seems to be the best option since I can't see myself doing better than the experts. Bonds - Understand the basic idea, except which bonds are the most likely pay off (A, B, or junk bonds). Stocks - Don't see how these are seen as "safe" since they constantly fluctuate up and down in value. Real Estate- Again, don't understand how real estate is considered the safest investing. Collectables- the obvious. Small Businesses - Giving out loans to small businesses or becoming a part owner of a business. Buying Franchise - Probably take a lot of time and need to be worth a lot. Derivatives - Buying an asset at a future arranged date, and hope that it will go up in value. Apparently one needs special premission to do these investments. Commodities- Buying natural resources. Apparently very risky, but don't understand how its more risky then buying stock. Can somebody give me some insight on these investment strategies and which one to choose based on: -experience (ex: how well do I need to know the subject to start investing) -rate of return (ex: what can I expect to obtain in intererst rate) -Risk. I have a professional DJ/music entertainment business and also compete in BBQ competitions. My BBQ is popular, and so I am starting a catering business as well. Both are just side business. I work in Real Estate full time. The concept with my BBQ/music business is that I can provide the music and food all for one better price than if the client priced them seperately. I have 8 large PA speakers and 2400 watts of sound. So I can do big events. I have a custom built 1000 pound BBQ smoker on a trailer (called Grillzilla) that gets alot of attention. Okay, this is a long story, but pretty much, my mom is always in these little 'get rich quick' schemes, and she invest all of her time and money into her little businesses, and devotes none of it to us, her children, nor my dad, her husband. My dad is an attorney, and before the economy collapsed and what not, my mom had no job (and she wasn't a stay home mom). She would go around doing stuff with her little real estate business (which she hasn't made any money with btw), and she would never be there when me and my brother needed her, because she would always be going to meetings, and what not...like her business cost $6000 to start up (and my dad stupidly payed $3000 to help her out), and she pays $1000 a month for rent and utilities!! And like, this month, she spent $1000 on a flat screen on her office!.... My dad said that she went through like 30 'get rich quick' schemes, ever since they've been married. Like, since the economy went bad and stuff, my mom was sort of forced to work again (a real job), as a nurse, to be able to keep our lifestyle. She has the EASIEST job in the world I swear! I'm a lifeguard and my job is harder than hers! All she does is lay on the coach and sleep (which is 90% of the time), and if a patient calls her, she has to drive over there and help them, and it's not complicated stuff she has to do. My dad told her that all he wanted her to do is to pay the insurance through her employer, since of course, he's self employed and insurance is going to be way more expensive for him. He said he'll pay everything else, the house note, the water bill, electric bill, gas bill, phone bill, car note, groceries, money for me and my brother, etc., all she has to do is keep her job with an employer for the benefits. So, in Jan. of this year, I had to go to the hospital because I had a severe case of rhabdomyolysis. I was hospitalized for a week. She quits jobs every month, so we didn't have insurance at that time, because she had just quit, and moved to another job. (she can't stay with one thing for a long time, which is why I'm surprised she hasn't left my dad). So instead of paying, you know, maybe $5000, now my dad has to pay $30,000 for my hospital bill!!! I always wonder, does my dad see it? Like, she's been using you ever since you've been married! Like some things he says, sorta makes me think he knows....I just think he's scared to have to go back single at like 55, maybe? I feel so bad for him, like he has to hide his wallet at night because my mom will go in and take money! What do you think?Yeah, but it also involves me too. She treats me like crap.Thanks Alexa! Sign up would be free. Once the site gets a good reputation, I would then charge a small fee to list a website just so that the scammers would not want to post a scam. There is some competition such as flippa.com, but hey, competition could be a good thing. If I can do something better than flippa, by either lowering fees, or adding features, people would want to come to my site. I would also sell ad space on the website. I know, you think monster.com, but just read this please. Yes, it would be like monster.com. Employers and people wanting a job could sign up for free. At first, I would not charge anything to post a job opening to get many listings up on the site, but once the site gets going, I would then charge a small fee to employers to list the job that is open at their company. People wanting jobs have cool features such as a resume creator. They would then be able to find a job they like, post their resume, and the employer would be able to select anyone he wants for the job. I would also sell ad space on the site. Although sites like this exist such as monster, just like in the previous idea, if I can do something better than monster, i would get more visitors. This is a great idea since many people are looking for jobs now a days. They want an easy solution to get hired. 3. This next idea is a pay pal type of site. I know you are thinking that all of my ideas already exist, but listen, almost every idea in the world already has more than one person doing them. Think, pay pal was first, then came virtualgold and epay which were copies of pay pal, but now are making 5k a day! Even if an idea already exists, you can still do it if you make your site better in some way. So the site would allow users to sign up for an account using a credit card, and would be able to pay using their account. I would first have to gain peoples trust using the site so they will be willing to give up their credit card info to use. The basic idea is virtual money. 4. This site would be a image hosting site. Sort of like imageshack. Users would be able to upload their photos to a secure server, and store the photos. If they are out of town and they need a photo for let's say a job offer,they can log into their account on the site, and access any photo. I would have a free upload where users can store x gb of photos for free, and i would also have larger plans which cost fees. Once photos are uploaded, they could be edited with the photo editor, sent to family and friends, or stored. Photo storage is a great thing since if a hard drive crashes, house fire, or something happens to your photos, you will have a backup on the site and your memories will be safe. I would also sell ad space on the website. 5. This would be a website for questions and answers. It would be just like this site, except it would have multimedia questions by video and or audio. I'm not a huge fan of this idea since YouTube is the leader and so is yahoo answers, but it's an idea. I would sell ad space. 6. I am a real estate agent who just left our previous broker - along with my husband - to start our own competing real estate agency. We turned in the original copies of all our old contracts, documents etc. We did not take any company documents or formalized company client lists with us, nor did we take any active listings. What we do have is the website we paid for and created for our market, our personal cell phone contact lists, and our personal saved email history. Now our ex-broker is trying to sue us,claiming we need to delete our cell phone contact lists, personal email history and contact lists (because he says all that stuff belong to him), AND that he owns the phone number we used as a business line in our home, the website URL I purchased and that my brother developed, and that he owns the name we branded ourseleves as "The -- Team". He says because we signed an NDA while we worked under him, that everything we did related to business belongs to him. This doesn't seem right to me: both for industry standards and by California labor laws. We have a lawyer defending us, but I thought I'd ask here as well. Anyone been through this? soo this is going to be long .. Okay so I am a 13 year old girl my dad and mom got divorced when i was three ish. i have never met my real mom .. my dad and i lived with his parents for a little bit, and then he got a job in a town three ish hours away and so i stayed with my grandparents and he came home on the weekends ... finally he decided to have me move with him to the town he worked in , that was about halfway thru kindergarten .. he found us a two bedroom house in a smaller safer town right near the one he worked in when i was in first grade ish , i do not quite remember .. he met a women named Lisa. She was with a women named Tracy , they were a couple, but they were breaking up because they fought a lot .. she had a daughter .. who's father was not involved in her life at all anymore. they went on a few dates, and when Tracy and her officially broke up , LIsa and Cambria moved in to the house with us .. She was really strict, way stricter then my dad .. but it didn't really matter until i reached about fourth grade and my grades started slipping, and i was constantly getting in trouble.. in fifth grade they got married .. i was on restriction (solitary time in my room , no reading, music, tv, or anything that could be considered fun , i couldn't even leave my room) all the time .. in sixth grade I was in trouble so much that i ran away, and i got scared and called my dad and he came and picked me up .. when i got home everything in my room was gone , except for my bed and clothes.. lisa and i got in arguments all the time, she would say things that could be considered mental abuse, like i should run away again so that i would be in juvie , or that i was making her life miserable, or that i should go commit suicide.. i would yell back because i wanted to try to make her hurt as much as she would hurt me , and i wanted to act like she wasnt hurting me .. the yelling was also a good way to get rid of my anger.. in sixth grade i almost took about twenty ibruprofen cuz i wanted to die, but i didnt ... only because i knew i had something to live for .. at the end of sixth grade my parents opened a wine shop, which was all they talked about , and put all there money into .. family time consisted of me and my step sister talking while they talked about business stuff ... at the beginning of seventh grade my dad started to have to work out of state, but he would drive home on the weekends .. so it was just me and my step mom and stepsister ( who is 15 btw) on the weekdays .. my stepmom had a real estate job and she had to work the wine shop .. so she was really stressed out .. and thats when the arguments got really bad ... i got in trouble for everything , and when i tried to tell my dad that he would say that i was just making excuses and that i needed to take responsibility for my mistakes .. i could not do anything or go anywhere until i had perfect grades , and it took me months and months of being perfect if i wanted to do anything fun.. and when i did get to do anything fun i would do every single fun thing i could, just because i didn't think i would get a chance soon to do something fun again and that would get me in trouble .. by eighth grade they decided to homeschool me because they thought that i wouldnt have as many distractions .. at the beginning i was doing really well ... but then i got scared .. because nothing bad was happening and i was so used to always being yelled at and being called names that i didnt go where i was supposed to be .. like i was supposed to be running around the track but i didnt i went for a random walk .. just because i knew it would get me back into routine .. i was put on restriction for two months .. and one day of those two months i snuck in the computer .. and i guess i deleted something lisa needed because she came in and started yelling and screaming at me .. telling me i was stupid and i yelled something back .. and she told me that i was ruining her life .. and that she wanted me to leave or die or whatever would make her life easier . .and she threw a clipboard and it barely missed my head and it left a huge dent on the wall .. and she grabbed my hair and pulled me forward and then pushed me backwords .. but she still managed to convince my dad that it was all my fault .. and i know what ur going to say , i shouldnt of snuck on the computer .. but the only reason was because my stepmom had gotten mad at me one time before like really mad and i knew before she had come home that she was going to be mad.. and so i was so scared that i needed to find a way out of it .. and she had been telling me that i must be bipolar (cuz my real mom is) and that thats why i am so crazy . .and i had just read a short story on it .. so i faked a break down .. because i was so scared .. she still did get really mad .. but anyways .. she finally convinced me i was bipolar .. but she wouldnt let me read anything about it .. so i snuck on the compute more
