Twice in recent years, we were successful in attracting a major retail competitors to Sam's, only to loose them to other communities that offered an economic incentive."With the downturn in the economy and other communities in the area already providing incentives, our property is less attractive to the reduced number of businesses willing to start development in an uncertain economy. more
