Remarks by Vice President Cheney and Palestinian Authority President (2º)

Abbas Muqata 23/03/2008 19:27:00 Business Wire Our administration is strongly committed to that objective, and we look forward to the day that an independent, viable, democratic, and peaceful Palestinian State comes into being.
Achieving that vision will require tremendous effort at the negotiating table, and painful concessions on both sides.
It will also require a determination to defeat those who are committed to violence and who refuse to accept the basic right of the other side to exist.
A difficult but immutable truth must continue to be told: terror and rockets do not merely kill innocent civilians, they also kill legitimate hopes and aspirations of the Palestinian people.
A negotiated end to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, one that addresses the legitimate national claims of both peoples, would have limitless value. more

Idaho Senate committee approves business tax break

BOISE Nearly two dozen county, city and school officials from throughout Idaho implored senators to kill a giant business tax break bill during a four-hour hearing Monday, but a Senate committee passed it, 5-4.

Theres sure a lot of us that pay that personal property tax on business and are fed up with it, declared Sen. Jeff Siddoway, R-Terreton.

The measure, HB 599, now moves to the full Senate for a final vote. It earlier passed the House on a narrow, 39-31 vote. It would phase in the repeal of the property tax on business equipment, which is called personal property tax to distinguish it from tax on real property. The result would be a $100 million-plus annual tax break for businesses by 2015, with 16 percent of Idahos businesses the largest ones reaping the vast majority of the benefit, and a quarter of the benefit going to utilities. more

Boro could limit future businesses

WASHINGTON -- Borough officials may follow in the footsteps of another Warren County municipality, Hackettstown, by considering a ban on certain businesses within its historic downtown.

Just last week, the Hackettstown Council unanimously adopted an ordinance prohibiting check-cashing operations, tattoo parlors, escort services, pawn shops, drug paraphernalia shops, nail salons and massage parlors from opening along Main Street in the future. Hackettstown officials said the ordinance was needed to ensure a mix of business is being promoted along Main Street that's conducive to a thriving, revitalized downtown.

Like Hackettstown, Washington officials are focusing on various efforts to revitalize its historic downtown, most notably the Washington Avenue corridor. more

Business Landscaping Own Starting Questions asked

Resolved Question: I want to start a business on the lake?

I plan on starting my own business right off the lake of Table Rock and I was wondering about dock construction? is there any good books out there? Also landscaping the lake shore? I want to do a lot of the work myself to save on money. What are some things I might run into? I have looked at missouri.gov and they were very helpful but I understand that the best advice comes from a first hand encounter. Anything that pertains to the subject is most appreciated! Thanks!! - Josh more

Resolved Question: Unlawful Shady Employers, Help!?

My buddy met a guy at his place of employment (home depot) who owns a business. Its landscaping, so he hired him on. My friend worked 2 weeks for him, took a week off to get his wisdom teeth yanked, then started up on Monday again, just barely collected his first check today. $160 was all he got. He worked 50 hour weeks, he was promised 8.50 an hour. He should have made at least 6-700. I started working for him a few days ago, clearly I will not be going in tomorrow knowing this. Now I want to know what I can do to bring this dirt bag down!?! He doesn't have anyone fill out paper work, you just show up and work, he pays you the money, doesn't even take taxes out. Who can I contact if I am living in the Salt Lake City, Utah area? more

Resolved Question: How much leeway should I give this guy I'm seeing?

He just turned 30, and he just started up his own landscaping business It's got him really busy and working super hard, getting up at the crack of dawn and often not getting home until 11pm+, 7 days a week with maybe a day off here and there. we started hooking up a few months ago, but since he's always so busy I maybe get to see him once a week.... usually at night... Pretty much always at night. ( I know, it doesn't look to good)After he gets off work. He says he really likes me, and I really like him, but I barely get to see him and I'm starting to feel a little used with the once a week at night thing. I feel that way, but that doesn't necessarily mean that he's intending it to be that way. Even when we are together, I can see that he's exhausted and often very tired. In my defense, I always say "Oh but he's always just so busy with work" and my friends say "Well if he liked you that much he would -make- time for you". I dunno. Should I be okay with our current status or am I actually blind and getting totally used here? I don't think I am... maybe.... I know he's not seeing anyone else, that's not the issue. Hmm... any input would be niceHmm I'm reading my question and I just want to make clear that I was okay with my situation but you know, when your friends keep saying things, over and over, and you're defiant at first but then you actually start listening to them... and then you don't know what to believe anymore.... more

Resolved Question: What commercial grade landscaping tool brand is the best?

I am looking to start up my own landscaping business next year and I am wondering what direction I should go with my purchases. I am currently working for someone else right now and we are using some STIHL products (kombi motor split shaft power broom, trimmer, pruning tool, and edger) and some older SHINDAIWA brand trimmers and backpack blowers. We also have 1 STIHL backpack blower. I have found that the STIHL brand trimmers are much, much more powerful than the SHINDAIWA brand. The SHINDAIWA backpack blowers have a little more power than the STIHL but are almost twice the weight, and make a lot more noise. We just got the STIHL equipment this year so as far as longevity goes I have no idea what to look forward to. Does anyone know if STIHL products will last as long or longer than the SHINDAIWA products? more

Resolved Question: Existence of a Contract with an Unlicensed High Risk Business?

My question involves business law in the state of: I'm facing with this case for my Australian Contract Law assignment: Tom is a guy that love getting involve in adventurous activities. After taking several adventurous trips, he decides to quit his Uni course and establishes his own business of adventure trip services which he has never registered for a legal license to operate. He starts to spread hundred of flyers with the below summarized contents: Spend time gorge scrambling on the waterfalls of the Tully River (Sydney), more exciting, fun and safer than walking under tall trees in the Daintree Forest, taking wonderful pics. Also he promised that he was not only passionate but also professional. It cost $75$/person. And Tom also promised the first 40 customers from Melbourne in July get a Certificate of Adventure Challenger, a new pair of bathers and a bottle of sunshine. Brandon, a student from X uni,was so attracted by the professinalism of the ad. So he took a trip to Syd and booked for a trip. And tom announced that Brandon was 1 one the lucky 40 customers. So Tom gave Brandon a form and asked him to fill in his details for getting the Certificate of Adventure Challenger. Then Brandon filled the form straight away without paying any attention to what the form stated. Afterwards, he paid and received the Certificate of Adventure Challenger from Tom on which the following was stated: I am a genius, an actual challenger of risks and adventures! I'm scared by nothing, and I have agreed to navigate the Tully River with only minimum safety equipment! I'd like to swear by the moon and stars not to be angry with Mr. Tom if something goes wrong, I totally WON'T sue him if I get injured and I should know better than to take anything valuable with me on this trip. It should be noticed that there would be really bad weather in the place they were about to reach. There were warnings sent from the Tourist Safety Department to licensed tourist businesses which Tom had failed to received since he had not had a license. Also, the safety equipment Tom purchased was cheap and did not meet any Australian standard. When the weather got worse with heavy rain and they approach the peak of a waterfall. Brandon had his camera broken which meant he could not get any nice pics to print on the Landscapes of Beauty Magazine pages (this magazine would be interested to buy his photos). After that, Brandon suggested going back but Tom said they could proceed safe and sound since he was professional. Brandon was encourage and agreed to keep going ahead. He ended up in hospital with serious injures. He threatened to sue Tom for breach of contract if Tom failed to refund and cover his hospital fees. Tom declined and quoted the waiver he had put down on the Certificate of Adventure Challenger. [B][I][U]Questions: Was there any contract? If yes, was Tom liable for damages for breach of any contractual terms? Consider both express and implied term of the contract. Advise Brandon if he could sue Tom and asked for his refund of $40 and other amounts (hospital, photos revenue), and how he could do that. If I were Tom, how could I assess and manage the similar risk? Please lend a hand, thanks very much ;):) more

Resolved Question: Starting a landscaping business?

Me and a friend from work are starting up our own landscaping business with little experience. We are looking to do basic lawn mowing and spring/fall cleanup to start. I have a few general questions to help us get started. 1) How do we charge our customers? Do we bill them for every job or monthly or weekly? And would we just have them mail the money to us or would we be able to get an actual billing form to send them? 2) We have three lawn mowers, a leaf blower, and a few other things to get started. What other important things would help? 3) What would be the best way to manage our money? Again there are only two of us right now could we just put it all into like a joint bank account? 4) At the end of the year how would taxes work? Do we fill out a form stating how much revenue we got? 5) Anything else would be greatly appreciated. We aren't looking to make a living off of this and we should have a decent amount of customers to start. more

Resolved Question: where can i find a good dependable tree service in the east texas area?

i am looking for a good dependable tree service. this tree service must be exp. in tree removal, trimming, prunning, ect. also exp in landscaping and landscape design would be a plus. tree service employees must act, dress and work in a professional manner. anyone who has done this type of work knows it is a seasonal profession, so, you must also be willing to travel to anywhere necessary to keep working. i have done this type of work for 25 yrs. and have gained a lot of knowledge about the business. such as how to get work and how to get the most money for the work you do. what i am looking for is a young group of guys with an entrepreneurial spirit to travel across the country, enjoying a yr. round vacation and making money at the same time. a business like this is easy to start, if your not already in business. we can travel from here to the upper east coast and back making the trip last about 9 months, come home and take a real vacation or break for the other 3 months out of the year. but in order to do this you have got to be dedicated to your job and to one another. anyhow, anyone that meets these requirements should give me a holler. this coming hurricane season would be a great time to start up. if you are a top notch tree climber looking to start your own business, and don't do drugs or have any bad habits. give me holler. top notch climbers only. must have 3-5 yrs good work history. with references available. thanks for your time. more

Voting Question: Is this symptoms of adhd? Im getting very depressed?

I'm 20, have my own landscaping business and attend community college. Im having a really tough time. Here are my main concerns. AT work: - Cant focus on one thing. I'm always starting something, then thinking of some other thing and doing that. - I cant just 'work'. I have to keep taking breaks because I think to many things. I either get some coffee, smoke a cigg, or go take a walk. I do that ALOT (usually a combination of the two). School - Cant do homework. When I read I think of something else. I finish a paragraph and can barly remember what it is about. (ALL THE TIME.!!) - I cant stay on topic during lecture. Its like im either fidgeting every couple of minutes or duddling on paper. Because of this I skip lecture almost every day... Social: I tend to either over-think something (And sound weird;...) or under-think something and say something stupid/ make a commitment i cant keep. All these things are really becoming a problem and its starting to make me depressed and really stressed out!! I'm seeing the college nurse practitioner but i doubt she can do anything about it... I don't have health insurance and don't know where to go from here! more

Voting Question: Is this guy really into?

So i've been dating this guy for a month. Im 22 with a 10 month old and hes 30 with 3 kids that do not live with him. We have a lot in common, I mean a lot and enjoy one anothers company. He just started a landscaping business and is working all the time, guess its the season now. I'm just scared of rejection and maybe if hes not into me becuz when i text him i dont get a reply back instantly, and it doesnt seem he has a lot to say. Sometime i wonder if im over thinking becuz he has asked if im serious about starting a relationship and ive told him yes and he said he was too. He also says things like starting a baseball cap collection for my daughter cuz he does one for his son, or "wouldnt you like 2 older sisters", or jokingly "well if any boys give you trouble come bring them to me." or i in one conversation i said we'll have to teach ya how to fight, jokingly of course, and this guy says oh thats suppose to be my job. another instance where i assume hes serious is he said he always wanted 5 kids, and my daughter would make it 4 since he has 3 of his own already. I guess my question is why doesnt he text a lot or right away, is it an age thing and perhaps becuz hes works so much that could have something to do with it. I mean he tells me he wants to spend more time with me, i hope im just over thinking this and just go with the flow. more

Resolved Question: Why do people get their thongs all wadded up that 47% of the people don't pay taxes?

I own a small landscape company, a small print shop and a few rental properties. I am a Liberal. My landscape business has shown a loss for the last three years. My accountant says that we will have to start paying a little tax next year though. My sailboat is in a marina in Florida. Of course the marina where it lives is a customer of my print shop so my trips to the coast are write-offs too! I have two girl friends on my payroll. I write them checks and they cash them for me, then I spend the money on them. Dear Old Mom is of course is also on the payroll. She is 76, retired and pays no tax so she just cashes her check and gives it back to me. This is America Boys and Girls! I love it! Other than tax scamming small business owners like me, there are unfortunately millions of people who have lost their jobs and millions more who are elderly or disabled, so they don't pay tax either. Neither do disabled Vets. Out of this 47 million the republicans cry about, many are students or minimum wage earners who pay no tax because they don't earn enough to live on. So what is the republican problem again? more

Resolved Question: Is this a good way to set up my own photography business realistically?

Right well here is my situation.. I'm 17, in my first year of sixth form studying English Language, Sociology and Fine Art. I'm expected to get B's at the end of the year. As much as i like school and the subjects i do, there isn't anything i want to do at University. My hobby is photography, i just have a normal digital camera. No knowledge of light, lenses, composition or anything like that. But i still want to be a photographer, as in Weddings, family photos, model portfolios, landscapes e.t.c. I've seen photography courses at various University's, but non of them are what i want. So, here is my proposal, and i want you guys to tell me if its realistic. 1.For my 18th Birthday (in September) my parents are willing to buy me a professional camera, then get some practise with that. 2. Finish my A Levels in July 2011, and have good grades to fall back on. 3. During that summer, get a job (as in a shop assistant or something) to get money. At the same time go to a photography course to gain knowledge and skills. 4. After the course start doing one off jobs for people (Cheap but enough to make a bit of profit), and advertise myself in shop windows/the internet/newspaper e.t.c. 5. Hopefully my business will grow and grow into something professional. Is this realistic/a good idea? I don't mind the truth :) more

But at this point of my life, I want to have my own business, and I want to spend the rest of my life in a warm, sunny place like Costa Rica. I just got married in 9/2009. My husband was unemployed for that year so when I did my taxes it didn't make a difference in mine since he had no income. Him and his buddy are planning on starting their own landscaping company this year with a "business account" in their names. I'm wondering if that will affect my taxes next year, like not getting back as much, or does it not affect mine since it will be him and his buddy? I'm wondering because I have my employer take out more taxes so that i get more back on my tax refund and if i'm not going to get much because of their business I would like to change my stuff so that my checks are bigger...............thanks for any help in advance!Yes, we filed jointly this year. Resolved Question: Can we really depend on the "Private Sector"?

So many times I have heard Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and Republican Politicians say that we should trust the Private Sector to create jobs. The belief that Government has no responsibility to create jobs, which is far of base, and that we should depend on the PS, seems to be the backdrop for the argument of "less government". But when I look closely at the way people have changed, I don't trust the private sector at all! The landscape of why people start businesses up is not to offer services and be proud of that, no...its to get rich! People want more!!! More cars, bigger homes for their families of 4, larger investment portfolios, and the very worse...more money in the Bank! This is a fact.(look it up) More money is owned by the richest than ever before. It used to be around 2 percent now its approaching 10! That's a lot of money that is not in circulation. No one talks about the money that is simply being hoarded and not doing anything to help those that need work. The difference in mindset is so different than it was 40 years ago when individuals had some sense of when enough is enough. Everyone of those who invested with Bernie Maddoff already had enough money, so why did they do it? Greed. Your thoughts, can we really depend on the Private Sector to operate like it used too? And to those who want to blame Obama, stop! The Private Sectors' decline in creating jobs has been going on for that past 10 years. more

Resolved Question: Is it hard to start up my own garden maintenance business ?

Im 17 years old, im at college and i do a plumbing course. But lately ive decided that im going to finish the rest of this year then next year start a landscape gardening course. I was just wondering though, as i will have the whole summer off and i dont have a job, would it be hard for someone like me just to start doing a few bits E.g. mowing lawns, weeding, turning flower beds over, just a few basic things you know, nothing like trimming a hedge in to a sculpture or anything like that. Im only looking to make a bit of extra money in the summer on basic work. I dont think theres much competition round where i live either so thats a good thing right ? So does anyone have any suggestions on this, like do they think it would be good or would it basically be me just wasting time ? thanks ! more

I live the typical college life and im tired of it! I'm bored! But this past weeeked I met a guy who made a decision 10yrs ago to just move to Mexico with 4,000 dollars. Resolved Question: Anybody else feeling depressed and helpless? i need advice?

I am 27 years old. I am an only child. When I was 17 my dad left and completely changed and moved on with his life, didn't pay child support, didn't care about me or my mom anymore. At 21 my mom passed away from a brief illness. I was/am still very traumatized. I have no siblings and her side of the family placed blame on me because they were angry with my father for what he did to my mother, so i don't speak to my family. I am married to a great man, thankfully...He is what is keeping me going. I don't have a relationship with my family. My father tries to have a relationship with me but it is very fake. He didn't help with anything when my mom passed away, i was all alone in dealing with selling her house, packing, and all the funeral bills and expenses. He was very uncaring and still is, all he thinks about is himself. They weren't officially divorced, only separated...so alot of the things I took care of were in his name also. My husband and I have a small landscaping business that isn't doing very much business right now due to the economy. Thankfully he has another job. I have no college education and need a job. I am feeling very depressed because I would like to go to college but the course I want to take doesn't offer student loan and I just can't afford to take it. Plus my father keeps asking me about when I am going to start taking the class and I keep telling him I can't afford it. (he makes 60k a year and lives with his father and has no bills, u think he'd offer to give me the 1500 to take the class?) It hurts me because he never did anything for me and knows I want to take this class but I can't afford it. While he talks about buying himself a car and taking vacations to florida.... I just feel very worthless right now because my husband is the only one working, we don't have health insurance.... i just feel like i have the weight of the world on my shoulders. I need some advice....some help. It is just very hard to be forced to be out on your own at 21 when your parent dies, I have no family/father to turn to..its just my husband and myself. Even tho I am 27 now i still feel like I am struggling emotionally to get things together.. more

Resolved Question: Union Masonry or finish college first?

Hi, Please be honest, I am asking for advise to provide a means for my family and I am not interested in opinions of Unions unless they pertain to the topic. I am currently a 4.0 student for three quarters in Horticulture at my community college. By the time I decide to take this offer or not I would have in 5 quarters total. Upon completion of all courses, I will have an AAS, and an opportunity to attend a state college with Junior standing. I have done landscaping for years with many companies. My goal for attending college was to have as much knowledge as possible to give me that leverage for competition for engaging in my own company. My resources for startup equipment is very limited though. My family and I desire to have a small piece of property with our name on it too. Since starting college, my work has been very limited because school has been my higher priority because of it's potential. I got an offer from my girlfriends cousin to work with him doing masonry work for the union. He promises me that the work with the company he is with will be there. He asks that I stick around for at least one full year if I do it, and emphasized that he doesn't do this for friends and has had done it for family, but reluctantly. The toss up is that I can build a career that can make my ends meet sooner if I take this offer, but my desire is to run my own hort related business (not necessarily in landscaping/maintenance). I know this is opinion based, but what would you do? Best Answer just needs to make the most logical sense. more

Resolved Question: How do i start my own lawn care business?

Hey there, I'm in the Fort Smith, Arkansas area. I am 18, and I would like to start my own business. I have chosen the landscaping/Lawn mowing business, I have no experience, I do like lawns, but i don't have a strong passion for them. I chose this business to generate cash flow. Today is my first day of research, I will take any & all advice I can get, it can be as little as a paragraph Or even 5 or 6 pages long, i will appreciate it, and soak it all up, I really need a lot of answers to questions I don't even have yet. Right off the top of my head, here are a few research questions that I have. You can skip this and give me what ever advice you have, but also I will need these answers some how. Thank you :) Questions: 1.What are the requirements by law, for me to do business as a lawn mower/or landscaper. Exactly what licenses, and paper work will I need to fill out etc. And any other requirement, to do this type of business that I will need. 2.What equipment will I need? About how much will it cost for everything? New/Used 3.What do most lawn Mowing companies/Landscapers even do? We don't have one so I wouldn't know. I know they cut the grass & blow the leaves, but i'm sure there is more to it. What is most common, and does it take extensive training? 4.In total, how much do you estimate it would cost me to get started? Im in Fort Smith area, and imagine i had 1 truck w/ 2-3 guys, and business is pretty good. Also, how much did it cost for you to get started? 5.This question is like part 2 to my first question, What all do I need to be legitimate? Insurance? would I need a commercial property? 6.And how hard is it to keep track of my taxes & stuff? & do we get charged alot of tax in this business? I am sure most of my questions are annoying, but they are the fresh ones off the top of my head, this is my first day of research. I really do appreciate everything you can do for me, please educate me as much as you can. It will not go to waste, & carma does exist:) Thank you all very much! God bless you! more

Falconhead Capital Forms GPSI Holdings, World's Leading Provider of Cart-Mounted Gps Services to Golf Courses Three-Way Merger Creates Market Leader With Systems Deployed on Nearly 1,000 Courses; Extensive Synergies Position New Company for Long-Term Success NEW YORK, Oct 16, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- --Partners With Greg Norman Falconhead Capital, LLC, a private equity firm specializing in consumer-focused businesses in the leisure, lifestyle, sport and media categories, today announced the formation of GPSI Holdings, LLC ("GPSI"), the world's leading provider of cart-mounted GPS services to golf courses. GPSI was created through the acquisition of and subsequent three-way merger of GPS Industries, Inc., ProLink Systems, Inc., and a series of assets previously owned by David Chessler, who has been named CEO of GPSI. GPS Industries was acquired through a sale process conducted under Section 363 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed. Falconhead has immediately established GPSI as the leading player in the golf cart-mounted GPS industry globally, with systems deployed on nearly 1,000 courses predominantly in North America and Europe. Falconhead expects that the acquisition of these businesses at very attractive valuations, and their combination, will result in significant cost, revenue and technological synergies that will position GPSI for significant profitable growth. In particular, GPSI will implement extensive product and service improvements that will benefit customers and enhance the playing experience for players around the world. Falconhead's partner in GPSI is Greg Norman, the professional golfer and head of Great White Shark Enterprises, a corporation primarily focused on golf. Mr. Norman, a long-time member of Falconhead's advisory board, was involved in conceiving and executing the transactions. He will own a significant equity stake in GPSI and has entered into an agreement to promote the company's business. As part of GPSI's long-term growth strategy, the Company has established an exclusive partnership with Club Car to leverage its sales force of more than 120 representatives and its extensive global distribution network. Club Car, a member of the Industrial Technologies sector of Ingersoll-Rand plc (NYSE: IR), is a leading manufacturer of golf cars, utility vehicles and a wide range of task-oriented vehicles serving multiple markets. David S. Moross, chairman and chief executive officer of Falconhead Capital, said: "We are proud to create the leading provider of cart-mounted GPS services to golf courses. The transactions that led to the formation of GPSI Holdings further demonstrate our ability to pursue and complete complex investment opportunities, and the new company is highly complementary to our investment strategy given our long ties to golf, and our expertise in leisure and lifestyle. By bringing together these three businesses, we have created a new company with the financial strength, operational efficiency, technology expertise, business model and geographic reach necessary to succeed over the long term. "We are fortunate that our friend Greg Norman is our partner in GPSI, given his immense stature in the golf world as a player and businessman. We look forward to working together to further build this powerful platform," Mr. Moross concluded. Mr. Norman said, "This transaction further promotes the consolidation of the industry which started with GPS Industries' acquisition of UpLink in late 2008 and now includes the merger with ProLink and ProView. This consolidation, together with other strategies, several of which specifically capitalize on the current economic landscape, will position GPSI to realize its full potential. It has been a pleasure to work closely with David and the Falconhead team, and we look forward to a very successful venture." Resolved Question: i need someone's advice on how to approach the situation?

please bare with me here, i am better at giving advice to other people than i am giving myself advice or taking my own advice. so i've been with this amazing gorgeous smart respectful old-fashioned man for 5 months. i know that i'm in love with him. he's everything a woman asks for and doesn't even pay attention to the fact that i am bipolar and can't always control my emotions. its easy to talk to him and i have even gotten advice from him that truly helped me. i know this man likes me a lot and cares for him, he buys me food, clothes... he would put roses and little notes on my car for me to find when i go for work, i'm telling you this man is absolutely amazing. i'm sure you're wondering what's the problem... WELLL.... ok. so we've been on the exact same page since we started, he liked me as much as i liked him, we talked for hours a day and continue too. i work 2 full-time jobs and he owns his own landscaping business so i must admit we have very hectic schedules. now to the question: i admitted that i loved him and he couldn't say it back... he said he liked me and that's something i already know so i ask if he's falling in love with me and his reason for not being able to fall in love with me cuz we don't spend enough time together so now i'm stuck. i'm trying SOOO hard to make time for him and actually i do but he's the one that just can't figure it out. i know most will say well if you love him then he's worth waiting for but its also about the desire to be loved back mutually and not be stuck in a relationship that's going no where. he's 10 years older than me and he's at that age where he wants to be married, i do to. how are we suppose to get to that point if he can't think about falling in love with me now? how long do i wait till its either he loves me or doesn't? i just don't know what to do? i know i shouldn't be making it this much of a deal but its heartbreaking to know that i'm in love but he can't even consider it. please only serious answers, not just "dump him" "wait for him" but real heartfelt advice is needed please and please add self-experience whether its worth waiting or not. just something useful for me.i'm not asking him to fall in love with my this second but just the fact that he can't even begin to think about it... it makes me feel like he's not 100% in the relationship. he can take months to do the actual falling in love but i just wanted to know that at least we're still on the same page and that his heart is open to it. if you're not open to love, you'll never fall in love. more

Resolved Question: Can someone help me write a letter to my customers informing them that my partnership has dissolved?

Okay.... I would really appreciate any help. It is my company. Get - R - Cut. And I partnered with someone who I thought was all grown up by now who was suppose to bring in landscape jobs and not just lawn work. we did a LLC. and changed the name to restore america group LLC. Informed all the customers at the start of the season of the partnership along with a long list of added services. I used to stay with stuff I can handle on my own. lawn cutting clean ups, roof repairs, aeration, dethatching, hedge tree trimming, tree removal. I brought in my ex partner because he has a history of being able to do brick work, landscape... pretty much anything you can think of. It didnt work out, he stole money out of the business account and used it at strip clubs and other various withdrawals that was not agreed upon. There wasnt a day that he came to work high or got high on the job... and you name the drug, if he got his hands on it, he would do it. even on the job in front of me. then he didnt bring in any work. Even my original customers would call me about landscape work. Id have my ex partner call them or have my customers talk to my ex partner. But he wouldnt get back with them. Theres a few customers that wanted stuff done that he never even told me about but he knew all about it. But did nothing to get the work. Believe me I would love to do it, but I just do not have the background to do the work properly and for a decent profit cost. The restore america company is dissolved and everything will be going back to Get - R - Cut. I am having a hard time keeping what I want to say out of this letter to my customers and finding the right wordage. Please any help!!!!! Thank you for your time more
