FM Kalfin: Bulgaria Has Rather Active Business Contacts with Kosovo
The business contacts between Bulgaria and the newly independent Republic of Kosovo are increasingly active. This was announced Saturday by the Foreign Minister Ivailo Kalfin before the Bulgarian private Darik Radio. Kalfin said the economic cooperation between the two states must be developed further. In his words, there are already a large number of Bulgarian businessmen doing business in Kosovo, and respectively, many Kosovar entrepreneurs working with Bulgarian firms. "The Bulgarians Kosovo are dealing mainly with trade, but there are also certain investment opportunities. As far as I know, the Bulgarian businesses are interested in these, and there is also a desire on part of Kosovo to attract Bulgarian investments," Kalfin said. He supported his claim about the dynamic development of the Bulgaria-Kosovo business relations by reminding of the recent visit to Kosovo of the Deputy Economy and Energy Minister Yavor Kuyumdzhiev, who was accompanied by a number of Bulgarian businessmen. more

My uncle graduated from Stanford University. He received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, and Master of Business Administration from that school. On the Stanford application, they asked the name, relationship, and degrees earned by any family members who graduated from there. I have already been accepted to Duke University and have no family who has ever attended that school. I live with my girlfriend. For almost 3 years. I love her a lot and want her to be happy. I do not feel that she works as hard as I do and I feel she gets to do whatever she wants while I am working all the time. I work 5 days a week, including Saturday. I have my masters degree but my job is not the ideal job that I want. I make decent money there though. Plus I help my dad run his business on my day off for free. I am also trying to help my dad get the house back in order since my mom passed away a few months ago. I try to help with the household chores when I am free. I am also studying for a new license at work and it has taken some of my time. My girlfriend recently graduated and is trying to be a teacher. But there are no jobs available. I feel really bad for her and want her to do what it takes to be a teacher. She is a substitute but she does not get many jobs at all. I would say 3 or 4 per month. She has two kids and picks them up from school and drops them off, goes to there practices and their sporting events. I feel like she gets to spend whatever time she wants with them because she is out of work. She is looking for a job that is out of the field of teaching for the time being. But she doesnt want to work on Saturdays or Sundays so she wont miss any of their games. She also doesn't want to work nights for the same reason. We are trying to save up money to buy a house but with her not working that won't happen anytime soon. I get mad at all the freedom she has. She can do whatever she wants. She does take care of the apartment and cook dinner, but i feel that there is more that she can do. I am paying for everything. Any money she makes goes towards paying off her student loan. Am I wrong for getting upset with her? moreOpen Question: Student looking for an internship in USA or Mexico?

I was in relationship for 7 years (I never lived with him.) Beginning it was pretty good. He loved me, respected me, cared of me and my family. Everything was fine and we started our relationship on serious note. It was him – who brought up the topic of marriage and engagement too soon. But after few years later dating him every time I tried to talk to him about the marriage he would not response well. I didn’t mind it because I was in school and working on getting my degree while he was managing his new business. 6 months ago, I asked him for his plans about marriage and he became very arrogant and aggressive and the relationship turned into flame and we broke up. He became really abusive verbally and started calling me names. I spent several weeks crying and waiting for his phone call and he never called. I tried to get in touch with him. Initially he responded but never apologized for his behaviour and after few days later when I called him again; he ignored my calls and never bothered calling me back. I thought maybe he needed some more time alone etc. So I thought of giving him more time. I waited for his call for another 2 weeks and then I was so sick and tired of continuously looking / checking my phone that I decided to change my number. Now, it’s been more than 6 months- we broke up but I can’t seem to get him out of my mind. I have tried to get involved in various different activities, meeting new people, engaging myself in new course, volunteer work and watching movies etc. But nothing is helping. I don’t have many people in my life and next to no friends. I was pretty much so much dependent on him emotionally and was looking forward to start a family. But now I don’t see any hope…This thought is killing me every day. I am not sure what to do. His birthday is coming and I am very confused whether to call and wish him or not. Since, it been more than 6 month it would be awkward for me to call him and wish him on his birthday but I am thinking and I feel maybe he is expecting my call on his birthday. Any idea what to do in this situation? Please be kind and generous in terms of responding to my question. I am in Job Core, currently in Nampa Idaho.. my husband had gotten termed on Wednesday, two weeks ago. I text him when I can steal someone's phone who has unlimited texting, so I stay in contact with him and I just bought a cheap virgin mobile phone until I can get my blackberry from verizon activated. He's moving to California for four months to collect his social security, leaving me here in Idaho.. than he plans on coming back up here and getting an apartment. I know I'm here to better myself and graduate with a business degree, which will be in August. The problem is, he's going to be in California during that time and I'm stuck here; it wasn't a problem when he was in Coeur d'lene these two weeks because he was only 6 hours away. I want him to get a job and get us an apartment, because I want to move in with him and be able to support ourselves with no ones help. Yet half of me wants to be selfish and have him close by, so I can see him every weekend and all that.. So the question is: How do I just let him go to California for these four months, without worrying and still put my priorities first, like graduating in August? How do I non-selfishly let him get a job and find an apartment for US, without needing him to be close by? How do I grow up and stand on both of my feet, while he's doing his share when I'm here in school. moreOpen Question: How come to conservatives/Republicans, the only blacks that count are the ones on welfare, drugs, and dropouts?
but black college graduates, black business owners, those not on welfare, not on drugs, not committing crimes, or making six figure salaries "don't really count"? Because blacks are the second leading welfare recipients, how come to you all "it's safe to say 100% of blacks are on welfare"? You all constantly talk about those blacks on welfare, committing crimes, and are on drugs. Yet blacks with college degrees, careers, and not looking for government handouts don't really count? Then you'll turn right around and claim that blacks vote Democrat because they want handouts. Even the ones with high paying jobs? Even the ones not on welfare? And how come whites on welfare don't bother you? You do know who the largest recipients of welfare are, right? Then you're dumbfounded when blacks won't vote for you. Because the black person with a good job, taking care of their families is no better than the one on welfare, committing crimes, and doing drugs in your eyes. I'm a second semester junior in college right now, majoring in accounting, and I am currently thinking about writing my resume for employment after school. I don't have many things to list other than a high GPA, but here's what I have: High school - Three full years of being in a college concert band on trumpet, plus private trumpet lessons throughout this time. Graduated in top 5th of my class. Community college - member of the New Jersey Stars scholarship program and Phi Theta Kappa. Earned Associate's degree in Business with 3.79 GPA (out of 4.0). Current 4 year college - Member of the NJ Stars II scholarship program, high GPA so far. Only been here for a semester and a half, but plan on joining the fishing club for a semester (the college counts it as a sport) and hopefully get an internship for a semester/summer. My personal strengths - punctual, opposite of a procrastinator, hard worker, good attention to detail, etc. Now, I was wondering how far back in my past I should go when deciding what to put on my resume. I have heard that putting high school activities/achievements is considered bad form, but since I graduated from a community college before attending a university, is it also bad form to include anything before my time at my current 4 year college? Obviously, I won't have to cut out too many things because I don't have much listed. Also, is it useful at all to include unrelated sports (fishing club) on a resume? If I'm supposed to cut out high school (pretty sure) and community college (not as sure) all I would be left with is my soon-to-be Bachelor's degree with, hopefully, a high GPA, my good work and study habits, an unrelated sport, and a small chance of landing an internship. I have no work or volunteer experience to speak of, which is bad I know. To make a long story short: in my case, how far back should I go when preparing my resume? Thanks a lot moreOpen Question: Art Degree in the Navy???? i need some advice!?

Right now I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. My major isn't too specific really. I majored in general business. I work an ok job that's in supply chain/logistics/customs brokerage, but I don't make enough money to live out on my own yet. I'm thinking about going back to school and studying for a Master of Business Administration degree. I think I'd like to major in logistics, since I already work in that field. Also, since I work in the supply chain/logistics/customs brokerage industry, I'm also thinking about studying for a Customs Brokerage License. Would a Customs Brokerage License help open up more opportunities for me? moreOpen Question: If I have my Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration (BBA) degree, what are my Master's options?

Or would that first require a Bachelor's in Education? moreOpen Question: Girls, which would impress you most?

I really hate business. I am currently a history major. I don't know what I want to do after college, but I want to catch a minor before I graduate. I am wondering what are some good suggestions? Okay so I want to go to school, but have some guidelines, and need your advice. I'm looking at the three named schools, but am open to any other, more affordable suggestions... 1 - I want a quality education, not something like the reviews I read at AIU 2 - My employer has a pretty big list of schools I have tuition assistance for, and I'd like to stay within that list (think of any major online university, it's probably on the list) 3 - I don't want to be $20k in debt 4 - I want to go either for Oranizational Psychology or Business with a focus on Entrprenuership 5 - I want *at least* a four year degree, but wanna complete it in the shortest time possible, lol! So...HELP!!! and Thanks! in advance for your stories of success or horror with these schools, as well as any advice you have for me being a newbie at all this college stuff. :) Also, did you have a preference on online vs in-class learning? Here's a question for all you brides. I currently operate a very small wedding business; I make handmade wedding stationary, favors, and other essentials. I do it online and I attend a few wedding expos to build clientele. My husband and I moved across the country for his job, and before we moved, I was venturing into consignment wedding dresses. Anyway, now that I'm in a new city, I'm thinking about starting to go a little deeper into the business and go into wedding planning. I planned my own Mexico wedding and it was very successful plus I acted as wedding planner for a friend's wedding [directed rehearsal, dressed the hall, and detailed the entire day even down to grabbing a pail when the ceiling of the hall started to leak all over the head table, sending my husband out to find new fish for centerpieces after I found that the heating didn't work in the hall and half the fish had died, and burning the back of my leg putting out a fire that a guest had lite]. Unfortunately, my friend and I had a falling out since then, so I cannot use her as a reference. Anyway, I feel extremely confident in my abilities, I am going to university right now [I'm in my last year of a double degree so there isn't a way for me to go and take a wedding planner course or something]. How do you go about hiring someone? What credentials do you look at? Help? ~~ moreOpen Question: what training/education do i need to get a job in the IT field?
i currently have a BA in Finance and Business management, but I am having trouble finding a job. i have alway been interested in computers and technology. i often search job openings, and almost always see openings in the IT field. what additional training would i need to break into the field? the local community college offers an associate degree in networking with courses in: pc troubleshooting, repair skills, desktop support, network administration and router/switch configuration. the college also offers a program in software development. the college offers associate degrees and certificates. is this paired with my BA enough to do well in the field, or should i work toward a BS or BA, and potentially a Masters to get to the top of the field? thanks for any help or advice! moreOpen Question: what education/training do i need to get a job in the IT field?

Hi just wanted to know, is Devry or university of Phoenix online (distance learning) good universities to get a business degree from and if they would be considered an acceptable form of degree to an immigration officer for a H1B VisaI'm not looking to Fool immigration. Getting a H1B visa is my focus and doing it the right way, to me is the only way. i have 10 years in Business Administration, that is all work based as i never went to University. Thankswe are residents of canada not citizens, my wife is a project administrator, who wants a degree to enable us to apply for H1b. she is also going to be taking the C.AP.M exam, which will make her a cerfified in project management. which i hope would help. she is aiming for the business adminastration degree, i am certified personal trainer, with certification in weight training and health. so not sure of our chances for a h1b but i know most of it will be based on an employer in the US who will sponsor one of us. moreResolved Question: Guys - How do you feel when you meet a girl like this?
I've just been told by a girl that I intimidate guys and they've told her this. Let me tell you what I'm like and please tell me if you think the same. I'm 28, outgoing, hardworking, play sport, love animals, music, used to be in a band, worked in various businesses as an admin assistant, also worked as a manager, and ran my own business for a while till I got bored with it and so shut it down. I am hopefully starting my second postgrad degree in September. I have long highlighted black hair, 5ft2, fit, medium build, hourglass shaped, ride a bmx and own a motorbike, wear stilettos and dresses but mainly live in jeans and tops. Had my share of bfs and a pretty dodgy few years of my life but they're in the past. Ok. that's pretty much me. Sounds thoroughly arrogant but please. I need an honest opinion. Would you feel intimidated and how could I stop myself being so intimidating? Thanks in advance. Oh, and points will be awarded for best answer. Also, post a link to your question and I'll try and answer them. Thanks.Lol to those who've wondered if I'm bipolar. Sorry, but I'm not. :-) I'm also not a super ***** and try and go out of my way to help people. I do accept things from guys I've been out with and when they offer to pay, I am quite happy for them to do so though I do offer when appropriate. Thank you for all the answers so far. I'm surprised by them. moreResolved Question: Is a business degree still a good choice?
I'm split between business and engineering. I'm a B student at Pre Calc, so I'm thinking I might struggle a bit more in Engineering. But I've also heard engineers live the good life. Which should I pick. Does a college grad with 2.8 GPA and engineering degree look better than one with a 3.7 and a business degree? moreOpen Question: Which rookie will have the biggest impact this year?
Now right of the bat you may say Ndamakung Suh or Gerald McCoy, but DT generally do not start off great in the NFL. Those power house men aren't going to be going up against college kids working on a degree, they'll be playing against pro lines the best in the business. So i think Russel Okung maybe. Offensive lineman generally seem to do well. CJ spiller too in my opinion will do great wherever he goes. moreOpen Question: How can my wife and I work out our differences?
I am a full time student, studying to teach. My wife is disabled due to severe Bipolar depression and some other health related things. I am on disability right now due to severe OCD. My wife has applied for disability, but it may be a few years before she can obtain her SSDI. Up until December 2009, we had a little money coming in. She and I both worked cleaning houses, businesses, etc. We worked as janitors. She has a B.A. degree in Anthropology. I do not have a college degree yet, but I am working on it. My wife has gotten progressively more despondent. She doesn't feel motivated. I often have to do household chores because she doesn't feel well often. She and I both have a severe weight problem. Right now, I am stressed out majorly. We live in her parents basement, but they're moving in a couple of months. We have to get ready to move. We also need to do our taxes. My wife is accustomed to going on trips to Florida, the mountains, etc. She also is a little spoiled, in my opinion. She really enjoys dining out- it is something she looks forward to doing very much. But because we make 700 bucks a month, we don't have extra money right now. We have an opportunity this week to go to the mountains with her best friend. But we already owe her BF hundreds of dollars, and we will have to owe her a few more hundred by going on this trip. I really want to go. Spring break is this week. But we only have a little money for food. We don't have money for anything else. I am considering letting my wife go with her BFF, and I could remain here at home, doing my studies and college work. I am behind a little, and I have many projects coming up very soon. But I am tired and burned out from constantly studying. I may let my wife go on the trip- but I am worried about their safety if they go alone. They will be in the mountains by themselves. I am just concerned for their safety. I want to enter a little contest to possibly win a new car- the raffle ticket costs $50. Should I enter it? I also sponsor a poor child in Honduras- but this month, money is tight, and I may not have it. I have been sponsoring the child for a while now, and this would be the first time I have ever missed a payment. What should I do? My wife is upset with me because she wants to go out to eat. So do I, actually. But we are very low on money. We usually spend all of what little we have at the beginning of the month, and then for the last two or three weeks during the month, we end up being broke. It is VERY frustrating. So this is one reason why I am trying to be tight with our money. My wife likes to spend immediately when she gets any money. I like to save. I don't want to continue to worry about not having money for the last half of the month. What should I do? I am mentally exhausted. Should I go on this trip? Should I enter the car raffle? (I need a car- my wife has her own car, which I use to go to school with) How can I speak sensibly with my wife so that she understands that we have to be careful not to squander what little money we have, in order to have some left over for the rest of the month? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! moreTop Business Degree Links
