ForeFront Holdings, Inc. Announces Reverse Split of its Common Stock

As a result of the reverse stock split, as of the opening of business on May 28, 2008, the trading symbol for the Company's shares on the Pink Sheets will be "FFHN" and the CUSIP number for the shares will be 34545T206. Shareholders of record on May 27, 2008 will receive a transmittal letter from the Company indicating how they can exchange their current pre-reverse stock split share certificates for new post-reverse stock split share certificates.

In connection with the reverse stock split, the Company also amended its Articles of Incorporation to decrease the aggregate number of shares of all classes of capital stock that it may issue.

No fractional shares of the Company's common stock will be issued as a result of the reverse stock split; all fractional shares which would otherwise be required to be issued as a result of the reverse stock split will be rounded up to the nearest whole share. more

Iraq vets’ sacrifices crucial, McCoy says

"You cannot imagine how oppressed some people are in this world … Some would say, 'Well, how is fighting in Iraq defending our nation?' And I will tell you, because those we fight would rather do it here. more

Baby dies in car crash

Police say a 29-year-old woman and her 49-year-old aunt had to be cut from the wreckage after their car crashed into a tree.

A four-month-old baby girl in the car died at the scene.

Police say the two women had gone to the aid of a friend whose car had broken down.

Yahoo Sues 'Lottery Spammers'

Yahoo says the e-mail is a hoax that seeks to trick recipients into revealing online passwords, credit-card information, and Social Security numbers. The stolen information is used to access victims' bank accounts and credit cards or to apply for unauthorized credit cards or loans. In addition, some victims are deceived into sending money for alleged processing and mailing charges.

"The unauthorized use of Yahoo trademarks is misleading, fraudulent, and has actually confused, misled and deceived the public," Joe Siino, senior VP for Yahoo business strategy, said in a statement.

The lawsuit is meant to send a "clear message" that Yahoo intends to go after "individuals who have attempted to negatively impact the e-mail experience for consumers across the Internet," said John Kremer, VP for Yahoo Mail. more
