Veraz Networks gets delist warning Silicon Valley / San Jose

Veraz Networks Inc. said Thursday it received a delist warning from Nasdaq because it didn't file its first quarter financials on time.

The San Jose-based company (NASDAQ:VRAZ) said earlier this month it would be late with the filing because of an investigation into issues raised by a Securities and Exchange Commission informal inquiry.

Details were not disclosed.

The provider of Internet protocol softswitch and media gateway products said it plans to file "as soon as practicable" and will request a hearing before the Nasdaq board.

I move here after meeting a guy I later married. When I first moved here to be with this guy he changed his mind about the marriage so I move two hours up the road to stay with my girlfriend. While living with her I met a new guy who was very nice. I told him I was working on ending a relationship with someone whom I moved here to be with and was not ready to jump into something too soon. Inspite of my current situation, the new guy was falling in love with me anyway. The old boyfriend start calling me indicating that he had made a mistake to let me go and wanted me back. After convincing me that he love me and really wanted to marry me, I told the new guy about my decision to go back to my old boyfriend. He was really hurt, even thought we only knew each other for about a month. So I moved back with my old boyfriend and married him. We were married for about one year, of which the new guy would call and check on me to see if I was happy and doing ok. My husband started reverting to his old ways of not talking to me, shutting down and showing no emotions towards me. I realized when I said "I do" that I made an mistake marring him, but it was too late to get out of the marriage, so I stayed. But as things go worst between us I decieded that I did not want to be with this guy. He rejected me when I moved from my home to be with him and he let me go. I moved back with him and married him and he still treated me the same way. After a year I decided to leave him and file for a divorce. Instead of moving back to my home state, I move back with my girlfriend whom I had stayed with before. I moved with her in January, and found a job. The new guy I had met the last time I was with her found out I was back in town and started calling me. He said he was saying hi and making sure I was ok. He said that he did now want a relationship with me because I hurt him when I moved away to be with someone else whom I married. But that he stilled love me. So I accepted that and moved on with my life. Now for the record, I found myself loving this new guy and wanting to be with him, and found it hard to move on. But I did anyway. I will call the new Tom. Tom would call me at least every week, even thought he didn't want a relationship with me. I finally met someone in June and started going out. I will call this guy Rick. Rick was a very nice guy whom I enjoyed spending time with. Rick and I planned a weekend trip to the beach. Tom found out about it and while I was on the vacation, Tom called my cell phone 19 times and finally expressed his desire for me to be in his life. I have been here since January and he never expressed his desire to be with me until I went to the beach with Rick. But because I really care about Tom, I started spendig time with him more instead of Rick. I still hung out with Rick because Tom and I had not committment. I really did't feel that Tom trusted me and that he wanted me for me. He only said what he said because was with another man. He went on an out of town trip, came back in town and showed up at my house unanounced. Rick was leaving my house after dropping me off from a trip to the store. Tom was very angry with me, which he had no right to be because we are not commited. Later that day he apolized for his attitude and came over and we spend the night together. A week later me and a girlfriend decided to stop by Rick's house because he had cooked dinner for us. Tom said he was calling my phone and got no answer. The next week, Tom went to Hawaii for a business trip. We talked everyday and he wanted me to be at his house waiting on him when he returned home from his trip. So I bought us dinner, lite candles, turned on soft music, put rose petals up the stairs, the mood was very nice. He came home around 8pm and was very excited about everything I had done. We spend a wonderful night together. Early in ther morning, he started taking about Rick and my relationship with him. He wanted to know where I was when he was calling me two weeks ago. I told him I was with my girlfriend. I felt that is all he need to know since we are just trying to get to know each all over again. He feels that we are committed and I do not feel that way because he is always losing his temper when he thinks I am seeing someone else. Anyway, he destroyed the entire evening we had because of his anger. He felt I was lying to him because I was not being totally truthful about my wereabouts two weeks ago. I didn't feel that he needed to know. I only stopped by Ricks house to eat and then I left and came home. He got out of bed and walked out of the room angry. I calmly got up, took a shower, got my things and left. He did not try to stop me. All this happen on Friday night, here it is Sunday and I have not heard from him. Now mind you, my birthday is next week and after we had dinner Friday night he presented me with gifts that totaled about $4,000.00 and told me had schedule a birthday party for me on a small cruise boat. If that incident that happened two weeks ago bothered him so much that he had to know where I was, why did he go all out for me, buying me gifts and putting together a birthday party for me. It must not have meant anything to him to keep him from doing this. But why did he bring it up after we had just made love and had a beautiful evening together, which caused him to get angry and me to leave his house. I am tired of him getting agry over small things and jeprodizing our relationship that is already frigile. I'm feeling so overwhelmed, I need an outlet to let out my emotions and i know doing this will help a little but tell me what did you do to keep from getting stressed out with wedding planning? My wedding is Sept 7th - less then two months away. I still need to go to the florist, schedule hair/makeup appt, get alterations done and order the cake. Not to mention all of the small stuff that i need to get like my shoes, veil, necklace, candles, etc... I work full time and also have 1 1/2 year old boy which makes it hard to find the time to do some of this stuff. My fiancee just started up a new business and we're thinking of ttc#2 in september, and all this stuff to keep track of is driving me insane! Fiancee has been stressed and irritable as well which will just rub my mood the wrong way too. Don't get me wrong I'm super excited about getting married and can't wait for the day - it's just hard at times with all this stuff to keep my emotions straight!I know i should ask for help - my mother is going through a rough time right now - lost her job and has ADHD and depression. It's his birthday today and he has been gone for 3 weks on a business trip he makes and remodels restaurants so he has to stay that long and travels to many states all the time. He will be home in about 1 hour and I have this surprise for him. I made a cd of pure R&B songs slow jams. I bought roses and put the pedals all over the bed and room. I bought wine,strawberries also whipped cream just for us. I put candles all over the bed and bedroom floor (smells beautiful). I bought me a very sexy night gown short silk dress. I painted one wall dark red and the rest light brown to make a sexual romantic environment. I bought silk dark red sheets to match the new paint. I put in the corner next to my bed a table with the wine, strawberries, whipped cream, some candles and music so we can sit by the table and listen to the music a bit. I am sitting here at the entrance way to Wal Mart making a fortune. I awoke this morning and my business skills ejected out of me like a roman candle. While Shopping for butter and Nair last night it dawned on me. Milk and Bread. This town needs more milk and bread. Theres snow in the forecast, plus most everyone loves, or is in love with milk and bread. For some reason, at the first sign of freezing rain or snow, old people around the globe spring to life, ready there check books ,and consume every last drop of cow juice and bread. I dont understand it,but im gonna profit off this lame stab at reversing old man winter. I arrived at wally world this morning at 4am. I drug five shopping carts at once to the last isle. This is where I hear they keep the ever elusive whole milk. I want to focus on milk first because years of shopping has taught me to never put the bread under the milk. I repeat, NEVER PUT THE BREAD UNDER THE MILK. This is not common sense, but a survival skill that cant be taught. You either have it or ya dont. Thankfully I ran into a cousin of mine that works at Wal Mart. His name is Danny Joe. Some of you may remember Danny from the Branch Dravidian reenactment. He was the guy mixing the poisoned kool-aid. He also was responsible for bring that Divine green bean casserole. He's very religious. Religious people understand the milk and bread theory. I jammed 100 loaves of bread into my cart, purchased the junk, held some baby's, shook some hands, and began setting up my booth outside Wal Marts entrance. I sold Milk for 10 dollars a gallon, and bread for 5 bucks a pop. Many people were pissed off, but what could they do. Did they wanna starve, or freeze to death from lack of milk and bread. No way Jose. They conformed, and spent there savings like and good christian would do. This is not to say my booth ran like a well oiled machine. A hour ago a elderly lady wrapped her pale tentacles around my throat, cussed me, and pissed her pants. She blamed me for wetting herself, and Im sure I looked guilty. It hurt my sales. I had one woman give me her child. She said "sir, I cant afford these prices, why is it so high." "terrorist" i said " terrorist are converging on our live stock and yeast deposits, Its drove prices sky high, I work for the FBI, They planted me here to make sure the citizens of american get their milk and bread". "Well, all I have is 10 dollars" she said. " you give me the ten dollars and that malnourished kid you got there, and I'll hook you up with 2 gallons of cow juice an a loaf of Sara Lee." How does that sound you penny pinching bitch" "my kid"she said. "yes, your first born will do fine" "look" i said. "I dont have all the time in the world" "without milk and bread all these Christians behind you will die from exposure." "now, you wont be giving me your kid, you'll be giving the little tike to the united states of American." We'll train the little devil to become a fighter pilot or milk and bread salesman like me" " not a bed wetter or a walking digestive system like he'll turn out if you continue with him" "OK, I guess your right" she said " of course I am" And just like that I received my first illegal teeny bopper. She seem to have no real problem giving him up. She seemed relieved and proud her son would be a man of the state. A devotee to the betterment of human kind. Though, in reality, in the morning I plan on sending him to the Hell's Angel corporate office in Santa Barbara California. You can get good money for blond headed children on the black market. It wont be that bad. He'll probably end up in some coastal city in Asia toiling away in some dank factory. A good life experience. He'll thank me one day. Some people aren't as luck as us. They might go without the essential dose of cow juice and bread. Blankets are not enough when flakes fall from the sky. The wood in the stove is meaningless unless your head first into a glass of whole milk. Bury your face and pray for bread ladies and gentlemen. The fat is in the fire, but what does this mean without milk or bread. It means your days are numbered. It means you should lie, cheat, and steal. Its means death without milk and bread. "Friendly Horseshoe" I have had several ideas for a business name, but for one reason or another decided that it wouldn't work. Today I came up with "Friendly Horseshoe". I would like to know what kind of business you think of when you hear it. For my business I plan on making candles and some other homemade items. For a logo I was thinking about a horseshoe with a yellow rose inside it.
