In that case, I wouldn't mind taking back a guy like Marcus Camby or Kenyon Martin. If the Cavs are able to ship Varejao, Damon Jones' expiring contract, and a 2009 first-rounder for Smith and Camby, I'd do it in a heartbeat. The Cavs add a guy like Camby to put at power forward next to Ilgauskas (you know, a real, live defender who is still ripping 12-plus boards and swatting four-plus shots, not just a washed-up, overpaid corpse that the Cavs acquired in February) along with Smith.
Camby's deal is frontloaded and goes through 2010, so it wouldn't be nearly as bad as Martin's deal. Denver would get relief from that contract plus Varejao and a first-rounder. more

We asked them to verify the billing, refund any unauthorized charges, and delete the debit card information Tammy couldn't remove on her own. Microsoft's public relations firm, Edelman Public Relations, responded to us in an email saying there were "...no signs of unauthorized activity..." and "...that the charges that have been made were done so by someone within the household, possibly the owner of the gamer tag," meaning Charlie. more

I received more than 30 pieces of junk mail advertising from attorneys. This open policy of giving your name out is unwarranted and a violation of my rights. I didn't ask for a lawyer.And for those of you who possess Fraternal Order of Police courtesy cards, don't bother with them in Galloway. Apparently those officers don't honor the cards; their lack of courtesy is a dishonor to other officers.MIRIAM TANGUAY
