Resolved Question: LLC vs. a C-Corp... Liability concerns (3 questions)?
LLC vs. a C-Corp... three different questions. which best minimizes liability? which is best reduces tax exposure? which is ideal if you are going to use as an umbrella for various business engagements (e.g., consulting practice, ecommerce business, real estate investment group)? Please note that I am "not" asking for the "definitions" of each. I would prefer if someone would answer the questions I've posed vs. telling me to speak to a professional. I can figure that out myself and intend to do so but seek input from the Yahoo! community to be better informed. Thank you moreBusiness Ecommerce Consulting C Article

A survey released shows privately-owned businesses still regard quality as their key advantage rather than price, despite the tough economic climate.
The research by business consultant Grant Thornton found that 72 per cent of such firms put quality as their number one competitive edge.
Only 41 per cent believed pricing measures could deliver a strong competitive advantage, behind ethical business (66 per cent), staff retention (61 per cent) and brand strength (59 per cent).
Tony Markwell, national head of privately held Business at Grant Thornton Australia, said he was surprised by the results. more
