New face of property marketing
Internet marketing is also evolving rapidly, social forums and enhanced tools are creating ever-newer opportunities for exposure and presentation.
Laguna Real Estate was one of the first agencies in Noosa to create our own website and we have continued to be widely recognised for our innovation when it comes to keeping up with the pace of the information age.
If you visit our website, you will find our holiday, rental and sales divisions, with a series of helpful tools as well as our latest magazine, fully animated.
We have a selection of forms you can download, agent profiles, image galleries and weekly market reports.
While Laguna has embraced these changes with enthusiasm for the time and efficiency they provide, I am a firm believer the fundamental ingredients for success in the real estate field comes back to flesh and blood, as well as nuts and bolts!
The ability to communicate, listen and deliver on one's promises will never change, though the gadgets to assist in the delivery come in handy!!

Resolved Question: planning to sell greeting cards and don't want to get sued...?
I've been making simple handmade greeting cards using my own artwork as well as store-bought embellishments and papers. (I also use fonts I've downloaded online, but only free ware fonts). I'm not making the money I used to and when a stranger brought to my attention that my cards were actually pretty good, i started thinking of selling these cards. I'm not sure how to go about this though. I dont want to get sued for using the embellishments, although the ideas are all my own. Also, if i'm going to sell them, how do i copyright my own work and get a business set up? moreResolved Question: Looking for some design tips on this logo?
I'm far from a graphic designer and know that this logo is very basic however I am trying to give my husbands business a new 'look' and am starting with a logo. He would like to use it on business cards, letterhead, and as part of a sign on his car. We are trying to highlight that he specialises in painting period homes by incorporating the lacework. The clip art isn't the greatest I know but its the best that I could find. And we would like an old style font to match if anyone knows where I could download one for free. What do you think? Any ideas how I can improve it? http://i77.photobucket.com/albums/j44/rxqueen14/logonewsmall.jpg moreResolved Question: Looking for some design tips on this logo?

Let's say that I have a music group here in the U.S. playing French music that was popular in the 50's. A guy that used to play with me from time to time goes on to form a group that plays the same style of music I mentioned above. I've used the same ornate, free font for my group name for the past 5 years (on website business cards, etc.) The guy with the newly formed group chooses to use the same exact ornate font as me for his group name and uses the same tagline as us as well with the same font that we chose for it as well. Let's say you've contacted the person in writing about this, but they say they won't change the font they use. What do you think of this? Same type of music, same town. Ok, but same fonts for group and tagline (2 different fonts we choose they happen to choose the same tagline and same 2 fonts?) Advice needed please! Thanks! :) moreResolved Question: Is there a free program I can get to make business card formats?

I'm starting a handmade greeting card business (not your typical cards - mine are very different)... I'd like to know about fonts that I would use from the computer. I read some answers that someone else had posted regarding the same question, but I'd like to take it further.... from what I can gather from the prior answer, if the font comes with the computer that you purchase, then it's o.k. to legally use, is that right?? what if it's a font that I downloaded and paid for?? Is that also legal for me to use. How about the ones that I download for free?? If not, where and how do I find out about purchasing those legally?? moreResolved Question: Font Copyrights?
I am currently designing a logo for my wife's new company. The logo will be published on her website, on business cards and brochures. While searching for the best font, I came across one that is included in Vista's basic font set (Andalus). However, MS is not the creator of the font, but some outside font foundry. Now I am wondering how the copyright situation works in this case. I am aware that downloadable (free/for sale) fonts usually come with some sort of copyright text in their attached readme or on the website. But how is that with packaged fonts in Vista? moreResolved Question: Where can I find templates to make signs?
