TOKYO, April 1 (Reuters) - Japanese business sentiment fell to a four-year low in the first quarter, a Bank of Japan survey showed on Tuesday, providing further evidence of a dismal economic outlook and reinforcing market speculation that the central bank may cut interest rates later in the year.

The BoJ's tankan quarterly corporate survey also showed that Japanese companies are cautious about capital spending in the financial year that started on Tuesday, with small companies that employ most Japanese the most pessimistic.

China-Africa business meet in Arusha beginning April 28

The University of Dar es Salaam Entrepreneurship Centre (UDEC) has organised a China-Africa Business Conference (CABC)-2008 scheduled for this month in Arusha Region.

According to the coordinator of the conference, Elia Yobu, the conference, to be held on April 28 and 29, would bring together investors and entrepreneurs from China and Africa.

He said the government had sponsored the forum through the Ministry of Finance and Planning, in collaboration with the Tanzania Investment Centre (TIC), the Private Sector of Tanzania and the University of Dar es Salaam.

CABC was launched in China in 2005 as a joint initiative between the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the China Society for the Promotion of Guangcai Programme (Guangcai). more

I had to reinstall windows but lost the cd with the drivers. and as savrow went out of business i cant contact them. even installing linux doesnt help as it still cannot identify the tv card (which was built in). i cannot use winmsd to identify hardware either ! so again -if anyone can let me know i) Graphics Card- I believe its an ATI of some sort ii) Sound Card - I think its AC97 iii) TV Tuner - I know lifeview do the software but dont know the card id appreciate it. thanks ps i did download a freeware utility to identify the components but no real luck. more

I want to print big designs onto fabric, which I intend to stretch onto frames and mount to the outside of my house. Somehow, I can't find any websites of businesses which print onto fabric, and with pricing. I don't care where these businesses are, US, Canada, Australia, UK, NZ, anything goes. I plan to send them the digital data on CD and pay by credit card, have it sent here in rolled up form. I was thinking about prints that are 1.2 metres by 1.2 metres.
